DO I TIP? WHAT'S CUSTOMARY?
Tipping for this epic service is greatly appriceiated, POW usually recieves between 7 to 15% of the total party as gratuity.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all forms of payment but deposit must be paid with and debit card.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF?
POW will make its grand entrance 10-15 minutes prior to your booking. we suggest you tell your guest that the party is one hour or half hour before our arrival time- that way they can eat first & they all can see the entrance of our mobile entertainment theater.
CAN POW COME TO MY HOUSE? CAN IT FIT AT MY DESIRED LOCATION?
Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. All we need is a flat surface. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot!
WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER?
We come rain or shine — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive.
WHAT IF TOO MANY PEOPLE SHOW UP?
Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun, but remember that our game theater allows 20 to play at once. We can rotate large groups through for schools, churches, fairs and other large events.
HOW WILL WE KNOW WHAT TO DO?
We have and awesome encouraging game coach that will interact and instruct to make you have the best party ever.
CAN I REQUEST CERTAIN GAMES? CAN I BRING MY OWN?
We have an arsenal of top rated games for every party and age group. your game coach will asess your needs to make it an success.
And yes you can bring your own but have to be checked in to alleviate any confusion.
WHAT ABOUT FUND RAISING?
We can set up tournament-style or general-style gaming to help raise money for an event or simply to just have fun with a large group of people. If you have a large fundraising event with many people, there are a couple of options.
Tournament Style: We can set up our trailer inside to rotate players (16 at a time) in tournament style for 7 minute intervals. The winner stays in the trailer, and as each new group comes in, they try to “unseat the champ!” It’s great fun. The entire crowd feels as if they’re playing in one big game against each other and we’ve had great success with this “big event” format. Don’t worry about the size of your group. We will keep them enjoying the fun, and if they are buying tickets to benefit your cause, they typically jump out to buy more tickets to “keep on playing!” Where else can you have 16 people all playing in the same game against each other, and against the entire crowd? Great fun for all ages, and the Game Coach stays present to tutor and/or inspire. Eight more people can play another game on the outside screens (weather permitting).
General Style: We can set up our trailer with up to 4 different games at once, and allow 16 people to play games and 4 more people at the Action Station, rotating through our trailer at the given time slots. Each time a guest enters, they must have a ticket sold by your fundraising organization.
Example: Tickets are sold for $2/each. We can rotate 16 players in at once for 10 minute intervals.
16 players X $2/player = $32 every 10 minutes. We generally can rotate 5 groups per hour for a total of $160/hour in funds for your organization! A 4-hour event could raise up to $640 with $2 ticket cost. You set the price of the ticket…and watch the results add up!
SHOULD I BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE GAMES THAT WILL BE PLAYED?
POW will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there.
